Not to be missed if traveling in the Eastern Sierras: Benton Hot Springs. Stay at the Inn. Love it for the old-timey vibe, the super-friendly folks, the hot water everywhere. There is so much hot water that the buildings are heated with it. Heat radiates from old adobe tile floors, from the plumbing, from the walls. Even the toilet is warm! I only stayed one night, and already I wish I had stayed longer. This is a treasure to be found at the base of the White Mountains.
